As CEO of Bloomteq and co-founder of Blum, I had the privilege of collaborating with Fabrizio Maniglio at our flagship event, the Kiss the Future AI Summit 2025. He delivered a keynote and participated in a panel discussion on the main stage, and facilitated a dedicated workshop for our pharmaceutical partner Bosnalijek on AI applications in Life Sciences. Fabrizio's keynote, "Beyond the Noise: Why Hype May Be the Most Valuable Medicine for Life Sciences," was exceptionally delivered and provided meaningful insights. While our AI Summit emphasized moving beyond hype toward measurable impact, he challenged our audience to reconsider the essential role of "hype" in driving innovation. His case that hype plays a vital role in creating urgency, securing investment, attracting talent, and preserving patient hope resonated strongly with our audience. During the panel "Precision Meets Compassion: Patient-Centered Care in the AI Era," Fabrizio shared valuable perspectives on AI-powered drug discovery, personalized therapies, and diagnostic innovation. He effectively demonstrated how pharmaceutical companies can embrace cutting-edge technology while maintaining compassionate, patient-centered care throughout their digital transformation. In the workshop for Bosnalijek, Fabrizio delivered practical frameworks for first principles thinking that participants could apply immediately to their work.
